2018 POSTER CONTEST WINNER
Joe Gonzalez Executive Director of Latino Resources inc./Latino Heritage Festival and the board would like to congratulate Elisabeth Arant for winning the poster contest for the 2018 Iowa’s Latino Heritage Festival. Elisabeth will receive a $1,000 scholarship to continue her education. :)
